Inside, the condo keeps things bright, relaxed, and easy to settle into. The open living area features comfortable seating, a large TV, and direct access to the balcony, while the fully equipped kitchen includes barstool seating for casual breakfasts, snacks, or drinks before heading downstairs. In-unit laundry adds a practical perk for longer stays, beach towels, and sandy clothes.
The sleeping layout works well for families or small groups, with space for up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexible sleeping space, and two bathrooms help keep mornings simple.
As part of Shores of Panama Resort, you'll have direct beach access, nearly 500 feet of Gulf-front shoreline, and resort-style amenities that make the stay easy from morning to night. Spend the day between the lagoon-style outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, tiki bar, poolside snack stand, lobby coffee, donut, and ice cream shop, and onsite nail salon. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available for an additional cost, watersports and parasailing rentals are available seasonally, and poolside lockers may be purchased for added convenience.

Grab groceries directly across the street, walk to Pineapple Willy's for a beachfront meal, or spend the day between mini golf, watersports, family attractions, and the Gulf. Pier Park is just a short drive away for shopping, dining, and entertainment, so beach days, easy errands, and nights out all stay simple.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience but is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued for Wi-Fi interruptions or connectivity issues. Guests who need dependable internet for work, school, or streaming should plan to bring a personal hotspot. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home. Guests bringing a personal tent or canopy must set up in the designated area to the right of the beach chair setup. Please do not place tents or canopies in front of the rental chairs, as this blocks the view and interferes with the beach service area. All guests must complete the required online resort registration before arrival. After booking, you will receive a unit-specific registration link to purchase your amenity wristbands and parking access. Please complete registration before arrival to avoid delays, towing concerns, or access issues.
Parking Details:
This home does not include a designated parking space. After completing the required resort parking registration, guests may park in any available yellow-marked space in the parking garage. The parking garage has tight turns and a 6'10" height clearance. Vehicles must not exceed 19 feet in length or 6'11" in height, and all hitch-mounted carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Guests traveling with additional vehicles must use off-site public parking.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
